Payment Method for the Program Fee　

• For gPBL2025, students participating from Hosei University must pay the program fee directly to UiTM Penang.
• The program fee is RM5000 per student.
• Inclusions in the program fee:
• Round-trip transportation from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) to UiTM Penang
• Accommodation: UiTM Penang Hotel
• Catering: Three meals and snacks per day
• Sightseeing tours: One day in Kuala Lumpur and one day on Penang Island
• Overnight Stay: One night in Kuala Lumpur, one or two nights at Park Royal Hotel, Penang
• Exclusions in the program fee:
• Airline tickets between Tokyo and Kuala Lumpur
• Insurance
• Payment must be made using a credit card, with the cardholder’s name matching the participant’s name.
• The payment deadline is July 31. If payment is not completed by this date, the student's participation in the SA program cannot be processed, and the application will be considered cancelled.
• Payment can be made via UiTM’s website, accessible through the QR code or URL provided below.

Once the payment has been successfully processed, the student must report the payment to Hosei University through the form provided below.

Cancellation Policy

• If the student wishes to cancel after the program fee has been paid, regardless of the reason, the fee will not be refunded.
• Notwithstanding the above, if the program is cancelled due to reasons for which UiTM (the organizer) is responsible, the fee will be fully refunded. However, depending on the reason for the cancellation, the refund may be partial, with reasonable explanations provided by UiTM.
